제목 Self-assembling Technology for Electronic and Energy Devices
초록 Block copolymer self-assembly is considered to be a viable route to sub-20 nm lithography. Although previous studies demonstrated large-area fabrication of various nanostructures, their practical applications in real devices are very limited. Here, we introduce self-assembling technology can enhance the memory characteristics of PRAM, RRAM and Flash memory significantly. The second part introduces the electrical detection of biomolecules using an ultrathin Si nanomesh patterned by BCP lithography. The nanomesh channel enables the biosensor to detect two proteins of similar structures: streptavidin and avidin with detection sensitivity. The third part presents virus-templated syntheses of self-assembled piezoelectric inorganic materials for flexible energy harvester, called nanogenerator. The virus-templated BTO nanostructures with high crystallinity and effective piezoelectricity exhibits a high electrical output by bending motion.
