Mesoporous silica Nanofibers (MSNFs) were fabricated by dual-surfactant system in the nanopores of anodic alumina oxide (AAO). Vapor deposition synthesis was used to introduce the silica precursor in the nanopore of AAO. The mesoporous structure of the MSNFs could be controlled by concentrations of pluronic and cationic surfactants in dual-surfactant system, operation temperature, and concentration of HCl for condensation. Furthermore, heterogeneous catalysts were prepared by attaching an amino silane on the surface of mesopores of MSNFs. MSNFs with amino group functionalized cylindrical mesopores exhibited over 90% of conversion yield, near 100% of selectivity. |
