UV-curable organic-inorganic hybrid materials as a dielectric gate for flexible organic thin-film transistors |
초록 |
Highly transparent and flexible organic-inorganic (O-I) UV-curable (VTx) solutions were prepared using an amphiphilic polymer as a dispersant and TEOS as an inorganic source in sol-gel process. Through the printing method, VTx solutions could successfully be fabricated on glass substrate and quickly form UV-cured O-I hybrid coating films at room temperature. The prepared O-I hybrid coating exhibited optical transparency, plastic-like flexibility, and high pencil hardness up to 7H. Also, as dielectric gate of OTFTs, it showed very low leakage currents (10-4 at 2 MV/cm) and high dielectric constant (~20 at 1 kHz), which can make the solution be a framework in the production of functional O-I hybrid materials, enabling the efficient fabrication of electronic materials and devices. |
