제목 | Stable Organic/Inorganic Porous Nanocomposite Coatings having Water-Repellency by Electrostatic Self-Assembly |
초록 | Herein we present the fabrication of a porous, stable organic-inorganic film having a water-repellency by using the layer-by-layer (LBL) deposition process with poly(allylamine hydrochloride) (PAH) and poly(acrylic acid) (PAA)-coated ZrO2 nanoparticles(그림1). The porous structuring of hybrid films for hydrophobicity was controlled by the number of deposition cycles using PAA-coated 100nm ZrO2 nanoparticles, which also relies on the particle size and the prelayer with PAH and PAA. The water contact angles of these films were successfully increased with the deposition cycles. The chemical state of the outermost surface of hybrid films were confirmed by angle resolved X-ray photoelectron microscopy, in which alkyl backbone of PAH is exposed to the surface. Moreover, the chemical stability of an organic-inorganic nanocomposite film was greatly increased by heat-induced crosslinking reaction of the film. 그림1.
