제목 Hydrothermal synthesis and thermochromic property Of Ti-doped Vanadium dioxide powders.
초록 The most widely studied thermochromic material is VO2, which is characterized by a semiconductor-to-metal transition occurring from a reversible change in the crystalline structure  as a function of the temperature.  
As one of the methods to improve thermochromic properties of VO2, the Ti-doped vanadium dioxide particles were prepared by hydrothermal method and, for comparison, the similar materials were also prepared by sol-gel methods.
The crystal structure and morphology of prepared samples were monitored using XRD and SEM. The thermochromic properties were analyzed by DSC and UV-vis-NIR spectroscopy.
The crystal structure and morphology of VO2 were not changed greatly by Ti-doping, while the thermochromic properties were improved considerably. It was also found that the thermochromic properties of Ti-VO2 were changed depending on the preparation method.
