Through hydrothermal method including calcinating process, metal-doped vanadium dioxide (M-VO2) samples were fabricated from vanadium oxide (V2O5), oxalic acid dihydrate, and surfactant with adding metal dopant. With the increasing doping amount of metal, the phase transition temperature of M-VO2 samples were decreased. The morphology of samples were small round shape. Also, the crystal structure and thermochromic property of samples were verified with XRD, FE-SEM, TEM, DSC, and UV-Vis-NIR spectroscopy. |
