제목 Engineered Doping of Nano carbon for Enhancement on Thermoelectric Properties of Tellurium-PEDOT:PSS Composite
초록 We have enhanced thermoelectric properties of telluride nanowires coated with PEDOT:PSS by the addition of nanocarbon materials such as graphene nanoparticles and small bundled single wall carbon nanotubes. Te-PEDOT:PSS solutions with various GNP or SSWNT contents were easily prepared by solution process. These solutions were deposited by spray method to fabricate flexible thermoelectric generators. Thermoelectric properties of Te-PEDOT:PSS were greatly improved especially when quite small amount of SSWNTs were added into Te-PEDOT:PSS. The power factor of 0.3 wt% SSWNT doped Te-PEDOT:PSS films was optimized to be 206 μWm-1K-2 with Seebeck coefficient of 118.34μVK-1 and electrical conductivity of 139.38 Scm-1. The fabricated TEG with SSWNT doped Te-PEDOT:PSS shows output power of 126nW, which is 18 times higher than that of Te-PEDOT:PSS with GNP. This thermoelectric array generates a thermoelectric voltage of the 7.8 mV using human body heat.
