Microwave-assisted hydrothermal synthesis of nitrogen-doped Ta2O5 for visible-light-responsive photocatalysis |
초록 |
Nitrogen doped Ta2O5 were studied as visible light driven photocatalysts. The samples were synthesized using TaCl5 and hexamethylenetetramine (C6H12N4), with different temperature such as followed by microwave hydrothermal synthesis. The synthesized powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), UV-vis diffuse reflectance Spectroscopy, and BET surface area analyzer to investigate the crystal structure, morphology, chemical composition, optical properties and surface area of the photocatalyst. The photocatalytic activity of nitrogen-doped Ta2O5 were evaluated with the degradation reactions of indigo carmine (IC) and rhodamine B (rhB) under simulated solar light. |
