제목 | Magnetic properties of perovskite-related mixed anion layered compounds, Sr2TMFeAsO3-δ, (TM: Cr, V) |
초록 | Transition metal (TM) based oxides with perovskite (CaTiO3)-type structures (TM-P-oxides) contain several functional materials. E.g. BaTiO3 as a ferroelectric insulating material, (La, A)MnO3 (A = Pb, Alkali earth) as a ferromagnetic metal, i. e. a half metal and/or an itinerant ferromagnetic system. In 1970, Goodenough and Longon had reviewed and systematically classified electronic and magnetic properties of the TM-P-oxides. They revealed that electronic properties of the TM-Pe-oxides depend on d-electrons originated from TMs. In 1969, Goodenough also have demonstrated a rough but universal electronic and magnetic phase diagram of d-electrons in TM-based compounds containing TM-P-oxides. On the other hand, mixed anion layered compounds (MALCs), which contains iron-based superconductors and Cu-based transparent semiconductors, are also functional materials with tremendous variety of compounds. In 2018, both of TM-P-oxides and MALCs have been expected as promising materials for industrial application. In 2018, perovskite-related MALCs, which exhibit complex layered structures and are promising as materials of superconducting wires and electronic catalysts of oxygen evolution reaction, are demonstrated by YK and Hirai et al. Universal electronic and magnetic phase diagram of these new materials are essential and very important to product materials in industrial. In this symposium, I will review the electronic and magnetic properties of the perovskite-related MALCs, Sr2TMFeAsO3-δ, (TM: Cr, V). |
