OFETs have been an attractive research topic due to their applicability to future electronic devices. Several issues like high quality material synthesizing, and morphological controlling are firstly considered to commercialize the OFETs. Especially, the performance of OFETs depends on the morphology of organic semiconductors. Therefore, we report the fabrication of micro-patterned TIPS-PEN crystals using capillaries by UV curable PUA mold width confinements to control the crystallization growth. More single and aligned crystallization growth is made in low width condition, and the electrical performance is also better than large width pattern crystal. These results show that the micro-crystallization in capillary force lithography can be used to simultaneously pattern organic single crystals and control the micro-crystallization process. This simple method should be promising for the future development of high performance organic electronics. |
