제목 | The Effect of Structural Variation of Polyelectrolytes as the Interlayer on Photovoltaic Properties |
초록 | We synthesized a series of CPEs contain ofneutral polymer, salt polymer, and OH salt polymer. Each category containedthree different backbones (T, BT, TBT). The CPEs were introduced as interlayersin inverted PSCs with an ITO/ZnO/CPE/ PTB7-Th: PC71BM/MoO3/Ag structure. Thehighest PCE, 10.6%, was achieved with the PFN-BT-OH salt. We found that the PCEsof the CPE-based devices depended on the backbone structure and the side chainfunctionality. Different backbone structures resulted in varied moleculardipole moments, and the side chain functionality induced a larger interfacedipole and spontaneous organization. This synergistic effect of the backboneand the side chain functionality, and JSC improvement greatly contributed to PCEenhancement due to the energy offset reduction at the cathode interface. |
