제목 | All-inorganic halide perovskite nanocrystals for efficient light-emitting diodes |
초록 | All-inorganic cesium lead halide perovskite CsPbX3 (X = Cl, Br, I) have attained great attention as promising light-emitting materials due to the high stability, composition dependent wide color tunability (400-800 nm), narrow full width at half maximum (FWHM) of emission band (~ 20 nm) and high photoluminescence quantum yields (PLQYs). Furthermore, economic and low energetic fabrication process also make perovskite nanocrystals (NCs) suitable for next generation lightning materials. In this study, CsPbX3 (X = Cl, Br, I) was synthesized by simple hot-injection method. Wavelength tuning carried out through easy anion-exchange reaction during the synthesis process by controlling halide ratio from blue CsPb(Cl/Br)3 to red CsPb(Br/I)3. Synthesized perovskite NCs are characterized to define crystal structures, luminescence properties and morphologies. We optimized luminescence properties of CsPbX3 NCs for white generation in application of LEDs. |
