Release Modeling Depending on the Surface Area of Rice Husk Silica for Application of Drug Release System. |
초록 |
Drug delivery systems are widely used in the medical field because they deliver the desired drug at the desired location. The surface of the porous silica is suitable as a carrier for application to carry and re-elute the drug into local. This nano porous silica is eco-friendly synthesized from rice husk. Besides the drug delivery system was modeled using Rhodamine B dye instead of the actual drug. We confirmed dye release according to the various specific surface area of silica nanoparticles. The amount of release over time was measured by FTIR then elution graph by time was calculated absorption peak at 544nm and the specific surface area of silica nanoparticles was analyzed by BET. |
