Synthesis of Indolyl 1H-pyrrole derivatives in aqueous media with Mono-6-deoxy-6-aminopropylamino-β-cyclodextrin as supramolecular recyclable catalyst |
초록 |
A new β-cyclodextrin-aminopropylamino-assisted (APA-β-CD), convenient and efficient strategy for the preparation of biologically important indolyl 1H-pyrrole derivatives in aqueous media is described. Compound with indole nucleus exhibit antibacterial and antifungal activities. It is used as an important skeleton in organic synthesis and is also utilized in other important fields, such as medicinal chemistry. APA-β-CD was characterized by FT-IR, NMR, MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry and SEM analysis. A possible reaction mechanism through molecular complexation is suggested based on 2D ROESY NMR spectroscopic FE-SEM and FT-IR studies. The advantages, like recyclability of catalysts, operational simplicity and accessibility in aqueous medium, make this protocol eco-friendly. |
