제목 Evaluation of Shape Memory performance and Mechanical Properties of Shape Memory Polymer Composites using Carbon Fiber
초록 Shape memory polymer (SMP) is a smart polymer that can be used in various industries because it is light and has a good deformation rate. Shape memory polymer refers to a polymer that returns to their original shape from a temporary deformation when a specific extrernal stimulus such as light, heat, moisture and so on is applied. However, compared to shape memory alloy (SMA), it has poor mechanical properties, making it difficult to apply to engineering fields that require high mechanical properties.  In this study, SMP composites added carbon fiber was prepared to improve the mechanical properties by content and length. The shape fixing rate and recovery rate according to the carbon fiber length were analyzed, and the mechanical strength was obtained through tensile strength.
