제목 Synthesis of highly efficient blue-emitting ZnSeTe-based core/shell quantum dots
초록 Quantum Dots (QDs) have been attracting attention as candidates for next-generation displays due to their high color purity and stability. Currently, QLED TVs using quantum dot color filters have been commercialized, and research is actively going on for the ultimate goal of QD-LEDs using QDs as light emitters. The development of high-quality blue light emitters is essential for it. ZnSe can cover the blue light emitting region because of its large bandgap, and its bandgap can be controlled by alloing ZnTe, which has smaller bandgap. Thus, we synthesized highly efficient blue-emitting ZnSeTe-based core/shell QDs and compared the optical properties while controlling various conditions in synthesis step.
