Possible origin of electrical conduction of XH2YO4-type(X:K,Rb,Cs,Y:P,As)crystalsathightemperatures. |
초록 |
The high-temperature transformations of XH2YO4-types were studied by means of impedance spectroscopy, thermogravimetric methods. Our results of thermogravimetric show evidences that the high- temperature transformation of XH2YO4-types near high temperature(Tp)is not a structural phase transition, but an onset of thermal decomposition of XH2YO4 into XnH2YnO3n+1 [probably, n>1,(XYO3)n]at reaction sites at the surface of crystal. The complex impedance spectra near Tp were fitted by superposition of two Cole - Cole types of relaxations. A fast component in the higher frequency region may be due to the proton migration in the bulk, and a slow component in the lower frequency region is interpreted by a formation and migration of H2O molecules at the surface or electrode/crystal interfacial polarization. The possible origin of proton conduction for XH2YO4 is considered to be the partial thermal decomposition of crystal surface because polymerphic transition tends to increase breaking and reforming of the hydrogen bond at the surface |
