제목 | Polyurethane template를 사용한 집전체용 전기전도성 세라믹 foam의 제조 |
초록 | Most ceramic foams are used for standard application such as filters, catalysts, supports, chemical filtration and separation. Ceramic foams can be manufactured by a variety of methods. The production techniques of ceramic foams are generally divided into replication methods, space holder methods and gas bubble formation. Among these methods, polymer foams or natural sponges of desired cellular structure are infiltrated with a ceramic slurry. The slurry infiltrates the structure and adheres to the surface of the polymer. After drying, the polymer is slowly burned out in order to minimize damage to the porous coating. Electrically conducting ceramic foams may provide solutions for some problems encountered in applications of solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC). One of the problems in the successful use of SOFC in the collection of current on the cathode side. In order to ensure improved contact between the interconnect material and the electrode, a Pt mesh was additionally employed on the cathode side. The purpose of this work is to prepare the electrically conducting LSCF ceramic foam by the polymer sponge method to be used as a current collector in SOFC. |
