제목 Near Infrared Light-Sensing Organic Phototransistors with Polymer Blend Gate Sensing Layers
초록 Organic phototransistors (OPTRs) have been extensively studied as a next-generation photosensor because of their beneficial features such as lightweight, flexibility, bendability, etc. The core light-sensing parts in OPTRs consist of organic semiconducting materials including small molecules and/or polymers. In terms of flexibility, it is considered that conjugated polymers are better than small molecules due to to relatively high toughness of polymers. Recently, our group has demonstrated near infrared (NIR) light-sensing OPTRs by employing NIR-absorbing conjugated polymers as a gate sensing layer (GSL). To further advance the GSL concept, polymer blends have been introduced as a GSL for cost-effective OPTRs. This presentation reports the performances of NIR light-sensing OPTRs with polymer blend GSLs.
