제목 Improved Gas Transport Properties of Polymer Gutter Layer Supported Graphene Oxide Membrane Using High Permeable Substrate
초록 Graphene oxide(GO) has received a lot of attention in membrane science for its CO2-philic oxygen functional groups which accelerate the permeability of CO2. In addition, GO has very attractive property for high permeable membrane material due to its atomic thickness. GO membrane is generally prepared by coating GO on polymer substrate to support mechanically brittle few layered GO. However, the substrates being used in GO membrane preparation are very limited to particular polymeric membrane because there are tricky requirements for uniform GO coating such as appropriate pore sizes and distribution, low roughness, high wettability and so on. For this reason, high permeable substrates are hard to be used for GO membrane preparation. In this study, we have modified the surface properties of high permeable substrates using three different kinds of polymer gutter layers, and measured the gas transport properties of those gutter layer supported GO membranes.
