제목 Colorable Transparent Visible Light Curable 3D Printer Resin for Multiple Biological Assays
초록 Sereolithography (SLA) 3D printing utilizes UV or visible light to photopolymerize liquid photopolymer to form solid structures layer by layer and is one of the most popular methods of 3D printing. As of yet, transparent 3D printer resin for visual light SLA printer have not been reported. We have developed transparent visual light curable SLA 3D printer resin with pentaerythritol tetraacrylate (PETA), diphenyl(2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl)phosphine oxide, and 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate. This transparent resin can be used for fabricating Lab on a Chip like devices, and can easily and readily be produced for colorimetric biological assays such as protein assay using biological adhesives. We have also shown that dyes could be added to the resin mixture to produce colored transparent structures after curing.
