제목 Highly Stretchable Polymer Transistors Consisting Entirely of Stretchable Device Components  
초록 High-performance organic field-effect transistors (OFET) has been arising due to their compatibility with polymer substrates which have shown better mechanical properties than inorganics. Our group focused on other type of OFET fabricated using electrospun P3HT nanofibers and ion gel gate dielectric on electrospun SBS(poly(styrene-butadiene-styrene)). Randomly collected fibers and liquid-gel ion gel dieiectric stretched well on rubber substrate. In addition, their electrical properties are also maintained. Most of gel dielectrics have low polarization time. However, our group use dielectric mixing ionic liquid with PEG-DA and UV crosslinker, we got high K layer and showed good stability. The device is comprised of rubber substrate, stamp-patterned S/D and gate electrode using synthesized gold plate, electruspun P3HT nanofibers as P-type channel and UV cured ion gel gate dielectric. For these reason, OFET showed higher electrical performance and mechanical properties.
