제목 Blue Solution Processed Polymer AC EL Realized by Orthogonal Solvents
초록 We report an extremely high brightness of solution-processed polymer AC EL device with brightness of approximately 3000 cd/m2 for blue. A solution -processed AC EL realized by using orthogonal solvents. The AC-EL device was fabricated by consecutively stacking five layers from bottom to top on transparent substrate that included an indium tin oxide (ITO) bottom electrode, deposited insulator, solution-processed emission layer and additional organic layer, and top electrode. There are two type of top organic layer; organic insulator and charge carrier transport layer. Top organic insulator blocks charge captured by metal electrode. Anothoer type of additional layer play role as facile carrier injection materials.
