제목 Harmony of Organic and Inorganic Materials for Printable Devices
초록 In recent years, the functional materials play important role in the large-area and low-cost processing techniques for the printable electronics, such as printable display and photovoltaic applications. Despite photolithography has been commonly adopted in the fabrication of color filer, circuit line(electrode) for their high resolution, the ink-jet or other printing process, which can deliver precise quantities of material to desired locations, has been regarded as an alternative to conventional lithography. In order to accomplish the printable electronics, we need various materials for display or photovoltaic applications, which are composed of semiconductor, resistor, capacitor, insulator, electrodes, p/n junction, and etc. We will discuss the current issues of inorganic and organic materials for printable devices, and present the results of functional materials developed in our centers about TFT and electrode.
