제목 A study on the properties of Functionalized Soybean oil/Nano-clay nanocomposite for use as lightweight material
초록 Recently the automotive industry has been required new materials research due to environmental pollution and energy resource depletion. Especially, Vehicle companies are pursuing in through lightweight materials on the fuel efficiency increase and the competitiveness improvement about environmental regulation. Metal materials can be used instead of Plastics that have excellent properties as automotive weight reduction materials. In this study, Weight reduction materials were prepared using Functionalized AESO Rensin and Nano-clay nanocomposite. The AESO/Nano-clay nanocomposites were compounded with various Nano-clay products. TGA were used to measure the changes of thermal stability behavior. DMA were used to measure the mechanical properties as a function of temperature and the relationship was examined. And XRD was used to analyze the structure of AESO/Nano-clay composites. FE-SEM was used to determine the dispersion phase and compatibility of polymer nanocomposites matrix.
