Heterogeneous activation of PMS by azo dye modified MWCNT: Effect of graphitic nitrogen and structural defect on degradation of organic dye |
초록 |
The electronic structure of MWCNT were modified by using organic azo dye in the hydrothermal treatment followed by carbonizing at different temperature for AOPs. The catalytic performance analysis showed that intrinsic carbon defect and dopant levels are crucial for high performance, they were optimized by varying the pH and concentration of the azo organic dyes, and the pyrolyzing temperature. The quenching effect showed that singlet oxygen is the primary reactive species generated by graphitic nitrogen. Moreover, the Linear sweep voltammetry also confirmed that extrinsic doping enhanced the non-radical degradation by increasing the direct charge transfer rate from MB to PMS. |
