The effect of organo-Montmorillonite on barrier property of Layer by Layer film |
| 초록 |
Layer by Layer (LbL) film has been prepared by self-assembly method of electrostatic interaction between monolayers such as polyelectrolyte and inorganic material. This layered structure has been investigated as a barrier extending diffusion length of molecules which property is influenced by density of film. However, multilayer processing to achieve high barrier property restricts practical application of industrial fields. Quad-layer film was prepared to improve the LbL processing and barrier property by using organo-montmorillonite (O-MMT). As a result, the change of barrier level was identified by loading O-MMT with higher density than Na+Montmorillonite (Na+MMT). |
