제목 Preparation of Silver Nanoparticles under Microwave Irradiation in the Presence of Lysozyme
초록 Metal nanoparticles have attracted great attention in biomedicine due to their physicochemical properties such as size, shape, and morphology. In this study, silver nanoparticles were prepared using a microwave-assisted method in an aqueous solution by using lysozyme as both the reducing and stabilizing reagent during the reaction. The silver nanoparticles prepared were found to be stable and effectively dispersed in water. In addition, the silver nanoparticles synthesized showed biocompatibility on mouse embryonic fibroblast (NIH-3T3) cells and cytotocixity against human breast adenocarcinoma (MCF-7) cells. The spherical silver nanoparticles were characterized by UV-vis spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, and transmission electron microscopy.
