제목 Microwave Assisted New Alkylselenyl-Substituted Benzodithiophene-based Solution-Processable 2D π-Conjugated Polymers for Bulk Heterojunction Polymer Solar Cell Applications
초록 D-A copolymers of 2-hexyldecyl and 2-ethylhexylselenyl-substituted benzodithiophene (BDT) donor with acceptor units including bisoctyloxy-4,7-diselenophen-2-yl) benzo[c][1,2,5]-thiadiazole (DSeOBT-C8), bisoctyloxy-4,7-dithiophen-2-yl) benzo[c][1,2,5]-thiadiazole (DTOBT-C8), P1, P2, P3, and P4 were synthesized for the application as donor materials in polymer solar cells (PSCs). The copolymers possess good solubility in common organic solvents along with broader absorption range and larger short-circuit current density (Jsc) in photovoltaic devices. The evaluation of photovoltaic properties of P1, P2, P3, and P4 under AM 1.5 G (100 mW/cm2) produced power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) of 4-5 % at various weight ratios.
