제목 Electrically Color Tunable, Flexible Electrochromic Devices Based on Ion Gels.
초록 Electrochromic materials are available from electronic applications including displays due to their optical properties and reversible color change upon application of electrical stimuli. In this study, asymmetric/symmetric viologen derivatives were introduced in ion-gels composed of [EMI][TFSI] and P(VDF-co-HFP), which were applied to EC devices (ECDs). All ECDs based on ion gels indicated characteristics of low operational voltage and low-power consumption to maintain the color. By taking advantage of different EC behaviors of two viologens and elastic property of the ion gels, we successfully demonstrated electrically color tunable, flexible ECDs on plastic.
