제목 변형 열복합 증류탑의 설계와 제어
초록 A modified fully thermally coupled distillation column is proposed, and its control structure is investigated. The suggested distillation system is applied to a BTX process, and its control performance is examined in the set-point tracking and regulation. The procedure and result of the HYSYS simulation for the system design are explained here. The pairing among the reflux flow, prefractionator vapor flow and vapor boilup rate for the specification control of overhead, side and bottom products, respectively, is proposed, and the satisfactory control performance is observed in the set-point tracking and regulation.
