It is necessary to study the Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) catalyst exhibits high NOx removal efficiency at low temperature below 200°C, because of the problem for constraints on installation space and maintenance cost reduction. To solve this, we presented the catalyst that has high catalytic activity with active materials nano-dispersed graphene support. Graphene oxide has abundant functional groups on its surface and reduced graphene oxide has high surface area and thermal stability. By applying the characteristics of graphene, we develop the catalyst exhibiting high characteristics as support. We adjusted the synthesis method to disperse the active material into a graphene support with smaller size, producing a catalyst exhibiting high activity at least 90% with a small amount of active material. Also, TEM images show active materials are evenly dispersed without any aggregation and this can be contributed to the improved catalytic active sites for SCR reaction. |
