제목 PDMS 마이크로 채널에서의 전기삼투흐름
초록 In this work, micro-channel is made using PDMS(polydimethyl siloxane) and the actuation using electroosmosis is studied. The fluid passes the microchannel by the principle of electroosmosis. To turn the wall into negatively charged surface, PDMS micro-channel is exposured in corona discharge. The relation between hydrophilicity and surface charge is also studied. Electroosmotic flow is affected by zeta potential, channel size and electric field. There studied how much electric field can change volume flow of fluid. From measured data, we can calculate the zeta potential of PDMS wall.
