제목 Synthesis of Au–Cu Alloy Nanoparticles as Peroxidase Mimetics for H2O2 and Glucose Colorimetric Detection
초록 Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) detection plays an important role in many practical applications, such as  medical diagnosis, food safety, and environmental monitoring. Recently, Au-based bimetallic alloy nanomaterials have attracted increasing attention as an alternative to enzymes due to their superior catalytic activity. In this study, we prepare gold–copper (Au–Cu) alloy nanoparticles by coreduction method in aqueous phase, and which are used as the peroxidase mimic enzyme for H2O2 and glucose detection. The synthesized Au–Cu nanozyme shows good peroxidase-like catalytic activity and high selectivity for the H2O2-mediated oxidation of 3,3′,5,5′-tetramethylbenzidine to TMB oxide. Based on this system, we further performed the glucose detection in presence of glucose oxidase. According to the 3δ rule, we calculate the detection limit, and they are 0.141 μM for H2O2 and 0.26 μM for glucose, respectively.
