제목 Novel Patterning Method of Single-Walled Carbon Nanotubes/Polymer Composite Thin Film Electrode
초록 Single-Walled Carbon Nanotubes(SWNTs) have a variety of novel properties, which has not been seen in conventional materials. Combination of such properties can bring new concept of patterning method. Some kinds of metal salts easily dope Single-Walled Carbon Nanotubes by redox reaction, resulting in improvement of electrical conductivity of SWNTs/Polymer composite thin film. Subsequently patterned reduction process make selectively patterned de-doped regions with Metal nanoparticles having low electrical conductance.
