The transparent electrodes are a functional thin film electrode that lets the light of visual rays penetrate but it has electrical conductivity. It is widely used as a electrode board for FPDs, touch screen, solar battery, and etc, and is demanded that it can be applied to the roll or/and printable process. In recent research efforts, conducting polymer, carbon nanostructures networks, random metal nanowire meshes, and patterned metal grid have been evaluated as potential replacements for ITO electrodes. Although these alternative transparent electrode approaches have the potential to replace ITO, they still suffer from the classic trade-off between the optical transmittance and electrical conductivity. Herein, we designed the conductive materials for transparent electrodes based on the silver nanowire with nano-carbon materials such as Graphene, SWCNT, and their hybrid compound film, respectively. |
