Organic Solar Cells (OSCs) based on organic semiconductors are currently attracting a great attention. In inverted-OSCs, PEDOT:PSS, hole extraction layer (HEL) with high conductivity was introduced on photoactive layer via solution process. However, the corrosive nature of PSS is harmful for photoactive layer with respect to stability of device. It can be good alternative that introducing modified HEL on photoactive layer like neutral polyelectrolytes and hybrid materials via solution process to increasing photovoltaic performance and stability. Among them, conjugated polyelectrolytes (CPEs) hybrid layer is attractive HEL for protecting photoactive layer and improving charge transporting property. In this study, we fabricated i-OSCs with solution processed organic-organic hybrid HEL with conjugated polyelectrolytes to enhanced performance and stability in ambient air. As a results, hybrid HEL introduced device exhibited enhanced stability in ambient air than PEDOT:PSS based device. |
