Dye Release from Nanoporous Rice Husk Silica Immobilized in Polycaprolactone(PCL) Nanofiber Sheet. |
초록 |
Dye release from rice husk silica nanoparticle in polycaprolactone(PCL) nanofiber sheet is conducted upon the degree of nanoporosity of silica by decomposition of PCL. The rice husk silica(RH-SiO2) is synthesized with several factors such as pH, amount of used rice husk ash and aging time. The specific surface area and pore size of utilized RH-SiO2 were respectively 240.09 ~ 740.77 m2/g and 2.97 ~14.62nm. Here, control of the specific surface area and pore size of RH-SiO2 are important point because they affect the rate of the dye release from RH-SiO2. PCL nanofiber sheet was fabricated from the electrospinning method, having RH-SiO2 nanoparticles immobilized on the surface of its thread. The samples were conducted decomposition process in PBS under 38℃ at 100rpm inside of incubator for a long time, and then the degree of the amount of the dye release was evaluated by UV-spectroscopy. |
