폴리올과 촉매에 따른 경질폴리우레탄 폼의 물성변화 연구 |

The effect of polyol structure and amount of catalysts on the reactivity(gelling time), mechanical properties, glass transition temperature(Tg) and cell morphology of polyurethane foam was studied. Results of the experiment showed that as the functionality and OH-value of polyol increased, there was an increase in the reaction temperature profile, reaction rate, density and compressive strength. The use of different kinds and different amount of amine catalysts did not appear to have any significant difference on the density. However, as the functionality, OH-value of polyol and amount of catalyst increased, the cell size became smaller. |
