An Optosensor Using Silica Sol–Gel Film |
| 초록 |
Development of pH sensors for the measurement of pH of natural waters and biological fluids such as blood and urine have recently been attracting considerable interests. In this study, a fiber optic pH sensor based on the change of fluorescence intensity in different pHs has been constructed using nile blue entrapped in an ammonia catalyzed silica solgel film. The present sensor was successfully applied to the measurement of pH of several clinical samples. |
