제목 Efficient perovskite solar cell by using transition metal dichalcogenide
초록 Perovskite solar cell is expected as future energy harvesting device due to its excellent properties such as light absorption, long diffusion length and low-cost manufacturing. However, the absorption spectrum of the MAPbI3, which is widely used as a light absorbing perovskite material, covers only visible light to infrared region. Herein, we incorporated transition metal dichalcogenide as UV absorption layer not only as an electron transport layer. We used MoS2 as that to cover the UV region of Natural sun light(AM 1.5G). For easy and low-cost fabrication, we took the solution process in whole process. MoS2 also spin-coated with IPA. The device achieved efficiency over 10%. It is due to not only MoS2 absorbed UV region light, but also conduction band of MoS2 is lower than that of the perovskite. Furthermore, perovskite solar cell with transition metal chalcogenide has certain vision from efficiency and stability aspect.
