제목 Characterization and Synthesis of Clay-EVA (Ethylene-co-Vinyl acetate) nanocomposite for Photovoltaic Module Encapsulation
초록 The EVA-Clay nanocomposite and cross-linked EVA-Clay nanocomposite were prepared to enhance an encapsulation effect for photovoltaic modules. Thermal analysis was carried out by DSC, TGA, XRD and TEM that the thermal stability of EVA-Clay nanocomposite sheets was improved successfully where the intercalated clay offer the synergic effect on EVA networks as like a cross-linking effect. Intercalation of clay was also characterized that it was dependent on charge state of clay. Non-ionic clay showed well dispersion property in EVA network. The EVA-clay nanocomposite sheet with enhanced thermal stability is to be promising materials for the encapsulation of PV modules.
