제목 Characterization and Synthesis of the Nanocarrier composed of Lecithin
초록 The artificial liposome has been issued because of the physiological activated material in the nanocarrier. Therefore it has been studied in biotechnology and pharmaceutical fields in recent years. We made the artificial liposome using Lecithin as the main component and dissolve in ethanol. After making the Hydrated liquid crystal, stir both DI Water and the Centella asiatica which is known for the active ingredient. After preparing Water-in-Oil-in-Water (W/O/W) type multiple emulsions, it completes the nanocarrier treated by ultrasonic. We analyzed the morphology and the components of the nanocarrier by UV and SEM respectively.
