제목 Study on the polymer solar cells inserted CdSe Quantumdots interlayer
초록 Quantum dot (QD) solar cells have the potential capability to increase the maximum attainable thermodynamic conversion efficiency of solar photon conversion up to about 66% by utilizing hot photogenerated carriers to produce higher photovoltages or higher photocurrents. In this work, we insert CdSe Quantum dots layer which acts enhancing charge collection at cathode interface in polymer solar cell. We have a solvent-free contact printing process for deposition of quantum dot (QD) thin films as the interlayers within hybrid organic-QD photovoltaic cells. Our method benefits from the simplicity, low cost, and high throughput of solution-processing methods, while eliminating exposure of device structures to solvents.
