Shape memory effect refers to the property of being fixed in a temporarily deformed shape and then recovering to its original shape by external stimuli such as heat or light. Itis divided into shape memory polymer(SMP) and shape memory alloy(SMA) depending on the material. Compared to SMA, it has a disadvantage in that its physical properties are weaker, but SMP has the potential to improve heat conducting performance and mechanical properties by using various fillers. Therefore, in this study, we found the optimized curing agent ratio and curing conditions of SMP materials that cure at high temperatures of more than 100 ℃ and undergo shape recovery behavior using epoxy from bisphenol A family. In addition, nanocarbon materials such as graphene and CNT were used as fillers to enhance mechanical properties. We also examined the relation between the shape recovery behavior and heat conducting characteristics according to the type and content of fillers. |
