제목 Calcium Alginate-Adipose Tissue Stem Cells Hybrids for Active Wound Healing
초록 The process of wound healing is a set of coordinated responses to tissue injury that results in tissue contraction, closure, and restoration.Alginate, an anionic polymer, is biocompatible, hydrophilic, and biodegradable. In this study,we used four kinds of material groups of calcium alginate, calcium alginate-silver nanoparticles (AgNP), calcium alginate-AgNP with lyophilized adipose tissue stem cells (ATSC), and calcium alginate-AgNP with living ATSC. For wound healing test, the Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats (300-350g, 6 weeks) were used. 24 rats were divided into four groups (6 rats in each groups) and observed on the 4th, 7th, 14th, 21th days respectively. Healing volume were a little reduced when AgNP were incorporated in calcium alginate. Dramatic wound healing results were revealed in both cases of calcium alginate-AgNP with lyophilized ATSC and calcium alginate-AgNP with living ATSC hybrids. The lyophilized and living ATSC had a similar effect on wound healing.
