제목 Extraction of polyphenol from natural products using ultrasound-based central composite model
초록 In the modern society of the 21st century, as the ageing progressed, an era in which antioxidants are in the limelight has arrived. There are many kinds of antioxidants, representative components are known largely as the polyphenol group, which is widely known to have high content in many natural products. Therefore, in this experiment, by using ultrasonic extraction method among various extraction methods, Extract the components of lemon grass and proceeded the process to the utmost. This process used central composite design of response  surface methodology, It is known that it is possible to conduct experiments with high accuracy in the extraction process.
