SWCNT/GO Hybrid Films for Improved Electrical Conductivity, Transparency, and Gas Barrier |
초록 |
Graphene has emerged as the subject of enormous interest. Singlewall carbon nanotube(SWCNT) is a cylindrical roll of graphene. In this study, we prepared SWCNT/graphene oxide (GO) hybrid films by bar-coating method. SWCNT and GO are coated on PET film alternatively. Optical properties and electrical properties are monitored at each coating layer. We are to present improved gas barrier properties of the hybrid films which have very high light transmittance above 90 %. |
