In this work, we report a novel method to synthesize an efficient polymeric hole transport material for perovskite solar cells (PSCs) using polyaniline:poly(styrenesulfonate) (PANI:PSS) and Triton X–100. PANI:PSS with Triton X–100, a nonionic surfactant, showed enhanced hole transport capability due to improved wetting of the substrate and a surface compositional change. Consequently, PSCs using PANI:PSS modified with Triton X–100 showed 10.39 % maximum efficiency value with the enhanced JSC (18.20 mA cm-2), compared to that of the cells using pristine PANI:PSS (η= 6.44 %, JSC= 13.80 mA cm-2). |
