SiO2 nanorod scaffolds for efficient mixed-halide perovskite solar cells |
초록 |
The scaffold layer which consists of metal oxide nanoparticles plays an important role to help perovskite layer load stably in mixed-halide perovskite solar cells. In this study, morphology-controlled SiO2 nanorods are successfully utilized as a scaffold for perovskite layer. Owing to randomly stacked SiO2 nanorods, perovskite solution can infiltrate into the spaces between the nanoparticles more easily than when the nanospheres are employed. Perovskite solar cells with SiO2 nanorod scaffold layer exhibited superior power conversion efficiencies (η= 12.4 %) to those with SiO2 nanosphere scaffold layer (η= 11.6 %). |
